高校体育文化环境育人功能及实现路径

Educational Function of Sports Culture Environment in University and Its Realization Approach

采用文献资料法等,对高等教育领域体育文化环境的育人功能及实现路径进行研究。主要结论:高校体育文化环境具有目标引导、动机调节、品格培养、社会性发展等多重育人功能。高校应从育人功能"内化"到"外化"的作用机制出发,从树立理念、调动主体、改进方式、加大投入等多维入手,充分彰显体育文化环境的育人价值,推动学生树立终身体育意识,提升综合素质和竞争力。

Adopting the methods of literature review and so on, this thesis studied the educational function of sports culture environment in higher education and its realization approach. The main conclusions： sports culture environment in universities has multiple educational functions, including objective guidance, motivation regulation, character building and social development; it should start with the mechanism of educational function from ＂internalization＂ to ＂externalization＂, proceed with concept establishment, subject mobilization, mode improvement, input increase and so on; fully highlight the educational value of sports culture environment, drive students to establish a lifelong sports awareness and promote their comprehensive quality and competitiveness.
