关于三级康复医疗体系建设的思考——以神经康复为例

Reflections on Construction of Three-Stage Rehabilitation Medical System——Takes Neurorehabilitation for Example

目前全国各地的三级康复医疗体系试点工作仍在不断地摸索前进中,尚未形成行之有效的三级康复医疗体系管理模式。因此,建立完善的三级康复医疗服务体系是康复医学发展的必经之路。宜昌市第一人民医院作为三级康复医疗体系建设试点单位,通过对分工协作机制、转诊体系、技术服务能力等几个方面的建设,探索出了一套布局合理、层级分明、功能完善、高效能的康复医疗体系新模式。本文以神经康复流程为例,通过对2例典型脑卒中患者功能康复情况对比,说明我院三级康复医疗体系建设在脑卒中患者功能障碍康复流程中的作用。

At present, the pilot work of three-stage rehabilitation medical system is still groping forward throughout the country, and its effective management model has not formed yet. Therefore, to establish a consummate three-stage rehabilitation medical service system is the path to develop rehabilitation medicine. As a selected unit of three-stage rehabilitation medical system construction, Yichang First People＇s Hospital has explored a new model which is reasonable layout, clear hierarchy, perfect function and high efficiency through the construction on aspects of division and cooperation mechanism, referral system and technical service. This article takes neurorehabilitation process for example, through the comparison of functional rehabilitation status of 2 cases of typical stroke patients, to illustrate the positive role of three-stage rehabilitation system construction in rehabilitation process of functional disorder in stroke patients.
