脊柱损伤并多发伤患者急救中应用不同护理模式的对比观察

Comparative observation of different nursing models in emergency treatment of patients with spinal injury and multiple injuries

目的:分析急诊预见性护理和常规急救护理对脊柱损伤合并多发伤患者的应用效果比较。方法:选取2014年1月~2017年1月我院急诊科治疗的79例脊柱损伤合并多发伤患者,随机分为观察组40例及对照组39例,观察组予以预见性护理,对照组予以常规急救护理,比较两组的急救成功率和负面情绪发生率。结果:观察组有效抢救时间明显短于对照组;观察组急救成功率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组负面情绪发生率为12.50%,明显低于对照组的35.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊预见性护理提高了护理工作的科学性和针对性,提升了脊柱损伤合并多发伤患者的救护质量,改善了患者的负面情绪。

Objective： To compare the effect of emergency nursing and routine emergency care in patients with spinal injury combined with multiple trauma. Methods： Methods Selected from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital emergency department of 79 cases of spinal injury combined with multiple trauma patients,according to the random number table method is divided into two groups, the observation group of 40 cases, the control group of 39 cases. Observation group of patients to nursing foresight, routine control group patients give first aid.Comparison of two groups of first-aid success rate and the incidence of negative emotions. Results：Results：The effective rescue time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group. The first aid success rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of negative emotion in the observed group was 12.50%, significantly lower than the 35.90% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Predictive nursing improved the science and specificity of nursing work,and improved the quality of care for patients with multiple injuries, and improved the negative mood of patients.
