An Analysis of the Efficient Class Management in the Context of Socialist Core Values

培育和践行社会主义核心价值观成为新时代的最强音,高校班级管理是辅导员工作内容之一。通过对班级管理存在的问题进行分析,提出在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观视域下,完善班级制度、严抓学风建设、增加师生实践活动投入、完备党团建设、强化新媒体应用中实现班级的高效管理,进而实现社会主义核心价值观的培育。

Cultivate and practice the socialist core value become the theme of the new era,one of the key of efficient class management of the counselors＇ work. Based on the analysis of the existence of class management problems,we put forward that we can cultivate and practice the socialist core values from the perspective of perfecting class system with strict construction of style of study as well as teachers and students practice,complete the caucus to strengthen the construction,achieve efficient management of new media applications,efficient management and cultivation of socialist core values and hold class view.
