摘要 本研究以空军青少年航空学校早期培养高素质飞行人才这一根本目的为依据,分析了青少年航空学校学生科学组织抗荷体质高效训练面临的机遇和存在的问题;提出了青少年航空学校学生加强基础性抗荷体质训练4个方面的主要内容,即:肌肉适能、心肺功能、空间定向和抗荷心理;发现了推进基础性抗荷体质高效训练研究与实践的5个方面切入点,即:紧紧抓住敏感窗口期训练,推进前庭功能稳定性主动与被动联合训练,科学组织有氧与无氧训练,将抗荷动作训练融入日常训练,积极加强营养、心理、传统医学等多学科综合支持。为实现空军青少年航空学校抗荷体质高效训练提供指导。 To culture high-level pilots is the adolescence aviation school's main purpose, so we should train the teenager aviation school student's physical fitness of Gz endurance capacity efficiently, but their teaching planning has no the contents. On the base of literature summary and the analysis of problems of teenager aviation school student's Physical Fitness of Gz endurance capacity, we discover the 4 main components of Physical Fitness of Gz endurance capacity: the muscle strength, cardiorespiratory function, spatial orientation and psycho-fitness. To accomplish physical fitness training efficiently, we have 5 breakthrough points: training during the subtile window phase, active and passive training to the vestibular f unction, organizing separately the endurance t raining and st rength t raining, t raining the anti-G st raining maneuver(AGSM)during the physical fitness training, suppor ting of nutrition, psychological training and traditional chinese medicine.
