0.02%氟米龙联合玻璃酸钠治疗中度干眼对泪液分泌及眼表环境的动态影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究分析0.02%氟米龙联合玻璃酸钠治疗中度干眼对泪液分泌及眼表环境的动态影响。方法选取四川省自贡市第四人民医院2013年5月—2015年12月就诊的126例中度干眼病患者作为研究对象。收集整理所有患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组63例和观察组63例,对照组给予0.02%氟米龙治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合玻璃酸钠治疗,比较2组患者治疗前、治疗后的眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、角膜莹光素染色(FI)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)以及眼表动态环境,比较2组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,2组患者的OSDI、FI、BUT以及SIT比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组与对照组比较及组内比较,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用0.02%的氟米龙联合玻璃酸钠治疗中度干眼能改善泪液分泌缓解眼表环境,有待深入研究激素药物对干眼患者更好的治疗方式。 Objective To investigate and analyze the dynamic effects of 0.02% fluorometholone combined with sodium hyaluronate on lacrimal secretion and ocular surface environment in the treatment of moderate dry eye. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with moderate dry eye treated in our hospital between May 2013 and December 2015 were included in this study. Clinical data of all these patients was collected and these patients were divided into the observation group(n=63) and the control group(n=63) according to therapies. The control group received 0.02% fluorometholone, while the observation group received 0.02% f luorometholone combined with 0.02% sodium hyaluronate. Ocular surface disease index(OSDI), f luorescence integral(FI), breakup time of tear film(BUT), schirmer I test(SIT) and the ocular surface environment in both groups were observed before and after treatment. Also, therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P〉0.05), but the difference in OSDI, RI, BUT and SIT was of statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P〈0.05). The total effective rate was markedly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05). Fewer patients presented adverse reactions in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion 0.02% f luorometholone combined with sodium hyaluronate is an effective approach to moderate dry eye and is conducive to lacrimal secretion and the ocular surface environment. More effective hormone drugs need to be found in order to benefit patients with dry eye.
