RANKL及OPG在老年股骨转子间骨折早期的变化及其临床意义

The Changes of RANKL and OPG and Its Clinical Significance in the Early Stage of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture in the Elderly

目的:研究探讨老年股骨转子间骨折患者血清细胞核因子k B受体活化因子配基(RANKL)以及骨保护素(OPG)早期变化与临床意义。方法:选取我院收治的50例老年股骨转子间骨折患者,与同期在我院接受健康检查的正常老年和成年人各50例进行对比研究,采用酶免测试方法对其血清RANKL以及OPG水平变化进行检测,并对比分析。结果:正常老年人的血清RANKL平均值为(0.26±0.23)ng/ml,正常成年人血清RANKL平均值为(0.56±0.18)ng/ml,老年骨折患者血清RANKL平均值为(0.28±0.19)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,3组人群OPG水平也存在一定的差异(P<0.05)。结论:RANKL以及OPG水平变化呈现出一定的年龄相关性特征,并且在老年股骨转子间骨折患者呈现出人体骨骼组织作用基本相符的规律变化,具有突出的临床意义。

Objective： To study the early changes and clinical significance of serum RANKL and OPG in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods： Fifty elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital were compared with 50 normal elderly and adult patients undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to determine the changes of serum RANKL and OPG and results were compared. Results： The average serum RANKL of normal elderly patients was（0.26±0.23） ng/ml while the average serum RANKL of normal adults was（0.56±0.18） ng/ml. The average serum RANKL was（0.28 ±0.19） Ng/ml in elderly patients with fractures and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In addition,OPG levels in the three groups were also different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The changes of RANKL and OPG levels show some age-related characteristics and conform to the regular changes of skeletal tissue,which has prominent clinical significance.
