摘要
乳液是一种不稳定体系,通过高压均质可以有效降低乳液的粒径大小,提高乳液的稳定性,延长贮存和使用时间.采用高压均质机研究了不同压力、不同级数、不同均质次数对铝合金脱模剂的平均粒径和粒径分布的影响.实验表明较佳工艺条件为:采用复合压力二级压力为12 MPa和一级压力为60 MPa均质3次,此时乳液的平均粒径由最初的320 nm降至224 nm,粒径分布范围变窄,粒径趋于集中,乳液有较好的稳定性.
Emulsion is an unstable system. The particle size can be decreased effectively by high pressure homogenization,so as to increase its stability and extend time for storage and use. The effects of different pressures,different series and different homogenization times on the average particle size and particle size distribution of the release agent of aluminum alloy were studied by means of high pressure homogenizing machine. The experimental results showed that the best technological conditions were:the use of composite pressure,of which the two-level pressure of 12 MPa and a-level pressure of 60 MPa homogeneous 3 times,at this time the average size of the emulsion from the initial 320 nm to 224 nm,the size of the distribution range narrowed,particle size tends to concentrate,emulsion had a good stability.
