摘要
"95后"群体存在独有的时代特征,入学适应是其要面对的大学第一课。研究采用问卷调查法,对670名新生进行施测,分析其入学适应现状,从凸显的适应问题入手,有针对性地提出相应的对策。结果表明,"95后"新生的总体适应现状良好,大学新生适应在学习及人际交往活动方面呈现出专业类型的差异。因此,为协助新生尽快适应大学生活,高校应继续加强大学生心理健康教育工作,健全心理求助体系,提供个性化的心理辅导。
Undergraduates of "95s" have unique characteristics of the time,college adaptation is their first lesson. This study measured670 freshmen by questionnaires,and their adaptability was analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward from the prominent adaptation problems. The results show that the overall adaptability of "95s" freshmen is good,and the adaptability of freshmen is different from that of learning and interpersonal activities. Therefore,in order to help freshmen adapt to college life as soon as possible,colleges should continue to strengthen the mental health education for freshmen,to improve the psychological help system,and to provide personalized psychological counseling.
