摘要
长篇小说《铜钵盂—侨批局演义》是郭小东回归潮汕文化母体的全新创作,首开当代文学侨批题材长篇小说创作的先河。小说以侨批史演义和家族的兴衰沉浮为显在主题,潮汕独特人文精神和内涵为潜在层面,通过水客批脚的诚信品质、革命党人的慷慨胸怀、平民百姓的悲悯情怀,刻画出潮汕人诚信、仁爱和利义并重的精神实质和人性之美。
Saga novel,Tong Bo Yu—Historical Romance of Overseas Remittance Agencies,is a brand new creation of Chaoshan cultural matrix made by Xiao Dongguo,which sets a precedent for novels on contemporary literature in the aspect of overseas remittance.This novel is mainly about the historical romance of overseas remittance and family＇s ups and downs,reflecting the unique humanity and spiritual connotation in Choushan area. It shows the spiritual nature and humanity beauty of people＇s integrity,kindheartedness and righteousness in Choushan area through describing postmen＇s integrity,revolutionaries＇ generosity and civilians＇ compassions.
