目的研究"两票制"政策实施背景下,合同销售组织面临的机遇与挑战。方法通过分析"两票制"政策下药品流通领域的架构及合同销售组织数量激增的原因,探究其存在的问题,并给出发展建议。结果合同销售组织数量增加是多种政策因素及医药行业发展的结果,促进合规发展是完善合同销售组织职能的重要抓手。结论在"两票制"政策背景下,应当保证合同销售组织的真实存在,并促进其合规运营,提升营销效能。

Objective To study the opportunities and challenges of contract sales organizations in the context of the implementation of the ″two-vote system″. Methods By analyzing the structure of the pharmaceutical circulation sector and the reason for the sharp increase in the number of contract sales organizations under the ″two-vote system″,the existing problems were investigated and the suggestions for development were offered. Results The increase in the number of contract sales organizations was the result of various policy factors and the development of the pharmaceutical industry.
