摘要
目的采用橡皮圈和结扎丝两种结扎方式,对新型氧化锆托槽和目前临床上使用的三种不同类型托槽(陶瓷、金属和金属自锁托槽)与不同尺寸弓丝(0.018″圆丝,0.018×0.025″方丝和0.019×0.025″方丝)之间的摩擦阻力进行测试对比,以此为新型氧化锆托槽的临床使用提供数据支撑,提高临床使用效果。方法利用CETR UMT多功能摩擦磨损机分别测试不同类型托槽与不同类型弓丝在结扎丝结扎和橡皮圈结扎下的摩擦阻力。选取四种不同类型的托槽各30个供实验使用。使用SAS9.21分析软件的GLM过程对实验结果进行多因素方差分析,采用LSMEANS过程实现方差分析的两两比较。结果新型氧化锆托槽与三种不同尺寸弓丝之间的摩擦力显著低于陶瓷托槽与三种弓丝之间的摩擦阻力,除组17外,其余各组均具有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);新型氧化锆托槽与三种不同尺寸弓丝之间的摩擦力对比金属托槽、金属自锁托槽与三种不同弓丝之间摩擦阻力相比有升高趋势,但不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论新型氧化锆托槽与三种不同弓丝之间的摩擦阻力明显低于陶瓷托槽,且与金属托槽及金属自锁托槽的摩擦阻力相当,显著克服了陶瓷托槽摩擦阻力高的缺点,又解决了金属托槽广泛存在的美观问题,这大大的满足了临床需要,是一种值得临床广泛推广使用的新型实用矫治托槽。
Objective To test the frictional force of the new type zirconia bracket and the 3 different type brackets with the 3 different size archwires(0.018″ round,0.018× 0.025″ rectangular and 0.019 × 0.025″ rectangular) currently used in clinical under 2 different ligating ways:with rubber band and with ligation wires and to make the comparison.Methods The frictional force of different type brackets with different size archwires ligated with ligation wires or with rubber band was measured by CETR UMT Multi-Specimen Test System.30 brackets of each type were selected for the experiment; multiple factor variance analysis was carried out by GLM procedure in SAS9.21 analysis software and the pairwise comparison of variance analysis were made by using the LSMEANS process.Results The frictional force between the new type zirconia bracket and the 3 different size archwires was obviously lower than that between ceramic bracket and the 3 different size archwires,besides group 17,the difference in each group was of statistical differnce(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); the frictional force between the new type zirconia bracket and the 3 different size archwires was higher than that between mental bracket,mental auto-lock bracket and the 3 different size archwires while the difference was of no statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusions The new type zirconia bracket is of obvious lower frictional force with the 3 different size archwires than ceramic bracket,almost same as that of mental bracket and mental auto-lock bracket,it solves the high frictional force of ceramic bracket and improves the unbeautiful appearance of the mental bracket; it is worthy of wide clinical application.
