PCT CRP和WBC在儿科急性上呼吸道感染中的诊断价值探讨

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞计数(WBC)在儿科急性上呼吸道感染中的诊断价值。方法选取我院患儿65例,依临床诊断分为细菌组31例和病毒组34例,比较2组PCT、CRP和WBC水平及阳性率。结果细菌组的PCT、CRP和WBC水平明显高于病毒组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);细菌组PCT和CRP阳性率明显高于病毒组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 PCT、CRP和WBC联合检测在诊断和鉴别儿科急性上呼吸道感染性质上具有重要的临床价值,可为儿科医生用药提供依据。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of Procalcitonin（PCT）,C-reactive protein（CRP）and white blood cell count（WBC）in acute upper respiratory tract infection of pediatric. Methods 65 child patients were selected in our hospital and divided into 31 cases of bacterial group and 31 cases of viral group according to the clinical diagnosis,compared with two groups of the levels and the positive rates of PCT,CRP and WBC. Results The levels of PCT,CRP and WBC of the bacterial group were increased significantly compared with the virus group（P〈0.05）.The positive rates of PCT and CRP of the bacterial group were increased significantly compared with the virus group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The joint detection of PCT,CRP and WBC has important clinical value in the diagnosis and identification of acute upper respiratory tract infection of pediatric and provide basis for pediatrician.
