VAC治疗Wagner 1~2期糖尿病足的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用负压辅助愈合治疗系统(VAC)治疗Wagner 1~2期糖尿病足的疗效。方法 2014年7月—2017年7月收治20例Wagner 1~2期糖尿病足患者,糖尿病足创面在3 cm×2 cm^6 cm×5 cm之间,局部浸润麻醉下彻底清创后使用VAC覆盖创面,持续或间断负压吸引。结果 5例创面较小者直接瘢痕愈合;4例患者创面明显缩小,在1.0 cm×0.5 cm^1.5 cm×1.0 cm之间,肉芽组织新鲜,经过换药后短期内愈合;11例患者创面虽有缩小,但通过换药愈合困难,行植皮术后愈合。结论应用VAC治疗Wagner 1~2期糖尿病足的疗效满意。
