右美托咪定行静脉麻醉复合臂丛神经阻滞在上肢手术中的应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的对上肢手术患者采用右美托咪定行静脉麻醉复合臂丛神经阻滞法,分析其应用效果。方法选择2014年10月—2017年2月期间在我院接受上肢手术的60例患者参与研究,随机将患者分成2组,对照组30例,观察组30例。对照组患者使用咪达唑仑臂丛神经阻滞,观察组患者使用右美托咪定静脉麻醉复合臂丛神经阻滞,对2组患者的疼痛VAS评分进行对比,并观察2组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组患者在药物注射3 min、5 min、骨折复位、药物注射20 min、手术完毕时的VAS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的感觉神经阻滞和运动神经阻滞效果也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对上肢手术患者采用右美托咪定静脉麻醉复合臂丛神经阻滞,可以有效减轻患者在手术中的疼痛感,延长神经阻滞时间,值得临床推广使用。
