论社区医院公共空间优化设计

THE OPTIMAL DESIGN OF PUBLIC SPACE IN COMMUNITY HOSPITALS

随着我国医疗改革事业的起步,社区医院的建设已经成为当下中国社会医疗体系中一个重要的环节。根据目前中国社区医院的发展形势来看,虽然社区医院越来越受到国家的重视,但相比综合医院却无人问津。我国社区医院的建设仅仅停留在满足基本医疗需求上,不关注使用者本身。医院公共空间环境杂乱等原因导致医疗服务质量低下,亲和力和公信度缺失,如何改善社区医院公共空间环境从而达到真正的"小病去社区,大病到医院"是本文的关注焦点。

With the start of the medical reform in our country,the construction ofcommunity hospitals has become an important part of the current social medicalsystem in china. According to the current situation of community hospitals in China,although community hospitals are more and more valued by the state,they are nomore interested than in general hospitals. The construction of community hospitals inour country only meets the needs of basic medical care,not the users themselves.The hospital public space cluttered environment and other causes low quality ofmedical services,lack of credibility and affinity,how to improve the environment ofpublic space in community hospitals so as to achieve the real ＂small community,serious illness to hospital＂ is the focus of this paper.
