论微观权力背景下的城市公共空间设计

DISCUSSION ON URBAN PUBLIC SPACE DESIGN UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF MICRO POWER

在当今时代,微观权力让社会民众参与到城市公共空间设计中,保证公共空间设计能够满足城市大部分人的审美意识,并发挥民众对于公共空间的社会监督权力。本文先明确了微观权力的定义和城市公共空间设计的内涵,并从专业的知识技术权力、科学的空间规划权力、全面的社会监督权力三个方面,分析了城市公共空间设计中微观权力的体现,并探讨了微观权力背景下城市公共空间设计的社会责任体现,即设计师自身的觉悟、让社会民众参与到空间设计中、积极融入现代化设计理念等。

In nowadays society, micro-power has got social public participated into urban public space design, which can guarantee that public space design can satisfy the aesthetic awareness of the majority of urban citizens and fulfill citizens’ social supervisory authority of public space. This paper has clarified the definition of micro-power and the connotation of urban public space design. Then it has analyzed the manifestation of micro-power in urban public space design from three aspects, i.e. professional knowledge technology power, scientific space planning power and comprehensive social supervisory authority. Also, the paper has discussed the social responsibility embodiment of urban public space design under the background of micro-power, i.e. designer’ s own consciousness, getting social public participated in space design, and actively integrating modern design concepts, etc.
