儿童牙科畏惧症服务设计研究应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF CHILDREN DENTAL FEAR SERVICE DESIGN

目的构建儿童牙科畏惧症的服务设计新的研究思路。方法针对儿童牙齿在发育过程中所遇到的问题和影响因素,分析国内外解决儿童牙科畏惧症优秀案例,研究其给国内儿童牙科畏惧症服务带来的启示。结论通过服务设计理念介入,提出以家庭为中心的儿童口腔保健设计干预,监测儿童牙齿发育过程中的成长数据,数据及时反馈给儿童、家长和主治医师,提出治疗方案。通过设计手段,纠正儿童对牙科恐惧的认知,调动患儿积极性,形成良好的口腔保健习惯和正确认识,进而改善儿童牙科畏惧症这一现象。

Purpose A new approach to design service design for children dental fear. Methods According to the problems and influential factors of children＇s teeth in the process of development, this paper analyzes the excellent cases of children＇s dental treatment at home and abroad, and studies their enlightenment to domestic children＇s dental fear services. Conclusion Through the intervention of service design concept, family-centered interventional design for oral health care was proposed to monitor growth data of children during tooth development. The data was timely feedback to children,parents and attending physicians, and the treatment plan was proposed. By means of design, we can correct children＇s cognition of dental fear and mobilize children＇s enthusiasm. They will form good oral health habits and correct cognition, so as to improve children＇s dental fear.
