本文针对重大活动安保中的指挥调度需求,设计并介绍了基于警用融合通信平台的重大安保指挥调度系统,该系统充分整合公安现有资源,深入分析活动安保业务需求,利用大数据、云计算、宽窄融合通信、物联网等技术手段为安保活动过程中的指挥调度提供全面、有效地支撑,能够实现常态的安保指挥调度以及应急事件下的直接调度。

this article designed and introduced the Commanding ＆ Control system in the Major Events Security management based on the converged communication technology while focusing on the actual demands of the events. By conforming the available resources of the Public Security Bureau and analyzing the actual demands of the events, this system utilized cutting-edge technologies such as big data, cloud computing, internet of things and converged communication of narrow ＆ broad band system to support the commanding ＆ control activities, made the flat-styled Commanding ＆ Control under routine scenario and direct-styled Commanding ＆ Control under emergency scenario come into effect.
