基于卫星通信的船舶管理系统的设计

摘要 2008年全球金融危机过后,航运业步入漫长的寒冬,业内企业纷纷进入高负债运营的艰难处境。相关机构预计,2018年预计海运需求将增长3.2%,供给将增长3.1%,供需差距缩小,产能过剩情况有所缓解,但航运业的寒冬仍未过去。本文设计了基于卫星通信的船舶管理系统,以船舶精细化监管为主题,实现航运企业的降本增效。 After the global fnancial crisis in 2008, the shipping industry entered a long cold winter, and the shipping companies entered the diffcult situation of high debt operations. The relevant agencies expect that, in 2018, the demand of shipping will increase by 3.2%, and the supply will increase by 3.1%, the gap between supply and demand will be narrow, and the overcapacity situation will ease. Even so, the winter of the shipping industry is still not over. In this paper, a ship management system based on satellite communication is designed. With the theme of ship fne supervision, the cost reduction and effciency of shipping companies can be realized.
