摘要
APP/PS1双转基因小鼠是体育科学领域研究运动改善AD分子机制的一种常用模型,针对该模型小鼠的基因鉴定,业内常用的办法较为繁琐,实验操作过程中容易出错,且实验过程中采用的小剂量DNA抽提试剂盒增加了实验成本。为克服这些弊端,详细报道了一种简便、高效、低成本的基因鉴定方案,并重点介绍了小鼠剪趾标记法方案,"一步法"DNA抽提方案,为APP/PS1小鼠基因型的鉴定提供了一种简捷高效的方法参考。
APP/PS1 double transgenic mice is a commonly model for studying the mechanism of exer-cise anti AD in sports science. The commonly method for gene identification of APP/PS1 transgenic mice is more cumbersome and error prone during the operating process of the experiment. And the small doses of DNA extraction kit increases the experiment cost. 1 n order to overcome these disadvanta-ges. This paper reports a simple, efficient and low cost strategy for gene identification in detail. 1 t focu-ses on the mice toe clipping labeling scheme and “ one-step” DNA extraction scheme, this paper pro-vides a simple and efficient method for genotypes identification of the APP/PS1 mice.
