摘要
采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定水中p-硝基苯酚的含量。结果表明:p-硝基苯酚在以去离子水为溶剂、最大吸收波长为317nm(p H=3.5)或者399nm(p H=13.5)的条件下进行标准曲线测量,酸性测量体系,线性回归方程为y=0.0121+0.0663x,相关指数R^2为0.9983;碱性测量体系,线性回归方程为y=-0.004+0.1281x,相关指数R^2为0.9995。测量结果精密度和准确度较高,可以满足实际水样的测定,也为今后研究此类问题提供了理论依据。
The content of p-Nitrophenol in water was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry. The results show when the water is as the solvent, the maximum absorption wavelength is 317nm (pH = 3.5) or 399nm (pH = 13. 5). 1 n acid measurement system, the linear regression equation is: y = 0. 0121+0. 0663x,related index R2 is 0. 9983; in basic measurement system,the linear regression e-quation is: y =-0. 004+ 0. 1281x,related index R2 is 0. 9995. The measure results have good preci-sion and accuracy,which can meet the determination of the actual water sample, and also provides a theoretical basis for the future study of such problems.
