摘要
针对"复合材料科学与工程"课程实验教学中存在实验学时偏少、实验内容单一等问题,对原有实验教学内容进行了扩充,开发了"复合材料组织观察及性能评估"实验。新增实验与原有的"复合材料制备"实验具有一定的关联性。学生借助金相显微互动系统,采用定量金相的方法,对先期制备的多种复合材料进行分析。通过增设实验,努力为学生营造更多的独立动手机会,以此来培养和提高学生的实践技能。
Aiming at the problems of experimental teaching in composite materials science and engi-neering course of our school,such as less experimental class hours and single experimental contents, the content of the original experimental teaching is expanded,the experiment of microstructure observa-tion and properties evaluation for composite materials is developed. There is a certain relevance be-tween the new experiment and the original experiment of preparation of composite materials,by means of metallographic microscopic interactive system,the method of quantitative metallographic is adopted by students,and several kinds of prepared composite materials are analyzed,through the new experi-ment ,students can actively participate in the whole process of composite materials from raw material selection and preparation process to microstructure observation and properties evaluation. By increasing experiment,more independent hands - on chances will be created by effort, the students’ practical skills can also be cultivated and improved in this way.
