摘要
以一汽大众高尔夫汽车作为参考,以大众0AM自动变速器为研究对象,设计出可用于教学和实训的大众0AM自动变速器实验台,该实验台可以直观展示0AM自动变速器的结构、工作过程并可以进行故障设置和排除。通过实验台的运行演示和故障排除,加深学生对双离合自动变速器的结构、工作原理的理解和故障诊断与排除实践技能的培养,达到理论联系实践的目的。
Taking the Volkswagen Golf car as reference, the experimental platform is designed for Volkswagen 0AM automatic transmission for teaching and training. The experimental set can visually show the 0AM’s frame,working process. The set also has function of setting fault and troubleshooting. Through the platform’s operation and troubleshooting,students can understand the structure and work-ing principle of double clutch automatic transmission deeply. From this way, the students’ practical skills of diagnosis and exclusion is cultivated,which in turn achieved the purpose of contacting theory with practice.
