院级科研平台信息化管理模式研究

Research on information management mode of scientific research platform in colleges

院级科研平台是实践教学、科学研究、创新人才培养的重要物质资源,是高校实力与科研水平的重要指标。综述了院级科研平台组成要素及管理模式发展的三个阶段,并在此基础上提出了一种基于移动终端的信息化管理模式。分析了该模式的实践应用,探索了高校科研平台未来管理模式智能化的发展趋势。实践证明,基于移动终端的信息化管理模式是目前院级科研平台十分有效的管理模式,能够提高院级科研平台的科研效能和仪器设备的利用率。

Scientific research platform in colleges is a critical material resource for practical teaching, scientific researching and innovative talents training, as well as a significant indicator of the strength and scientific research level of universities. This paper summarizes the elements of the research plat-form and the three stages of the management model development. On this basis,an information man-agement model based on the mobile terminal is proposed. Furthermore,the practical applications of this model are analyzed,and the development trend of the intelligent management mode of the future uni-versity research platform is explored. 1t is proved that information management model based on the mo-bile terminal is very effective, and can improve the scientific research efficiency of the investigated platform and the utilization of equipment.
