摘要
针对目前细粉物料筛分时具有强吸附性而导致物料聚团、堵塞筛孔、筛分效率低下等问题,提出了超声波辅助细粉物料筛分的机理研究。首先,结合DLVO理论,并根据颗粒在筛分中由粘性力和超声波振动产生的能量,建立了能量平衡模型;其次,进行了细粉物料颗粒团聚体凝聚和分散过程的EDEM仿真研究;最后,对超声波辅助破坏物料团聚性、吸附性的机理进行了试验验证。研究结果表明,超声波振动能够有效地打散颗粒团聚体,显著地提高筛分效率。
Aimed at the program of particle agglomeration and screening inefficient which caused by strong adsorption of ultrafine particles, a new technique that can prevent the screening mechanism of ultrafine particles with ultrasonically assistance. Firstly, combined with DLVO theory and the energy balance between the collision energy, the energy due to cohesive forces and the energy generated by ultrasonically vibration; Secondly, the process of particle agglomeration and dispersionwas studied via EDEM simulation; Lastly, experimental study on the agglomeration was broken by ultrasonically vibration. The results show that ultrasonically vibration can significantly broken particle agglomeration and improve the efficiency of screening.
