General Tower Crane Material Effects Based on Acoustic Emission Location and Identification Technology

摘要 故障源的实时定位和特性辨识是塔机安全评价及故障预防的关键。试验采用塔机常用材料Q235无缺陷、裂纹及焊接缺陷试件,利用GPS-100高频疲劳试验机和SDAES数字型声发射仪采集在不同载荷下试样的声发射信号,通过结合信号分析技术得出缺陷试件的故障定位、信号的频谱特征和参数特征分析,总结了Q235常规缺陷试样典型声发射信号的主要特征参数的范围。论文研究工作为声发射技术在塔机危险源的检测研究提供了非常重要的学术价值和指导意义。 The hazard line and feature identification is the key to tower crane safety evaluation and accident prevention. Artificial tower crane base material Q235, surface cracks and defect specimens, GPS-100 high-frequency fatigue testing machine and SDAES Digital acoustic emission detector for collecting materials and the conventional defect samples under different loading of acoustic emission signals, using signal analysis techniques to achieve general defects of fault location and signal characteristics and spectral characteristics of parameters identification. Summarize Q235 base metal and general defect specimen of main characteristic parameters of the ranges typical acoustic emission signal samples. Thesis for the acoustic emission technique in tower crane hazard detection application provides basic data and technical reference.
