摘要
影等鳃金龟幼虫对多种农作物、花卉苗木等根及幼苗危害大。作者对收集的20株绿僵菌产孢量情况进行了计量,筛选出产孢量高的Ma_(42),Ma_(788),Ma_(789)3个菌株,并进一步开展了3菌株对影等鳃金龟幼虫的毒力及耐高温性测定。结果表明Ma_(789)菌株的致病力较强,注喷处理30 d后,感染率达43%;Ma_(788)菌株的耐高温性较强,40℃水浴处理12 h后,孢子萌发率仍在33%以上。供试验的3菌株毒力和耐高温性未表现出一定的相关性。
Exolontha umbraculata larva is harmful to the roots and seedlings of many crops. Sporulation quantity of 20 Metarhizium anisopliae strains were measured in this paper,and then Ma_(42),Ma_(788),Ma_(789) were screened out with high yield of spore. Furthermore,their virulence against Exolontha umbraculata larva and high temperature resistance were also determined. The results showed that Ma_(789) was the most virulent in 30 days after injection,with infection rate of 43%. And Ma_(788) had the highest temperature resistance since after 40 ℃ water bath treatment for 12 h,it still got more than 33% of spore germination rate. We concluded that there was no correlation between virulence and high temperature resistance of 3 strains tested.
