摘要
传统永磁同步电机的参数测量,通常需要人工采用特定的仪器完成,在线调整困难.针对此问题,提出一种PMSM参数自动识别的方法,基于LabVIEW设计了PMSM参数自动识别系统.系统不仅能自动测量出电机的定子电阻、dq轴电感、反电势系数,还能测出摩擦系数、转矩系数和转动惯量等机械参数.实验结果表明:该系统自动化程度高,界面友好,操作方便,辨识的所有参数误差都在10%以内,具有很强的实用性.
The traditional measurement of permanent magnet synchronous motor usually requires the use of a specific instrument to complete,and the online adjustment is difficult.To solve this problem,a new method for automatic identification of PMSM parameters is proposed.The PMSM parameters of the automatic identification system is designed based on LabVIEW.The system not only can automatically measure the motor stator resistance,dqaxis inductance,back EMF coefficient,but also can measure the mechanical parameters such as friction coefficient,torque coefficient and moment of inertia.The test results show that the system has a high degree of automation,friendly interface,convenient operation,and all parameters identification errors are less than 10%,which is very practical.
