摘要
为了降低火力发电企业的能耗,降低工程及运行维护成本,在研究洛阳热电厂单系列辅机配置方案的基础上,对300 MW等级燃煤机组主要辅机单、双系列配置的经济性、可靠性等方面做了全面分析,针对三大风机的选型进行了重点研究,对单系列辅机的工程投资及节能效益进行对比,对提升单系列辅机的可靠性进行了热控方面的优化。得出了相关结论,提出了成型的配置方案,并提出了提升可靠性的技术手段。
At present, domestic and foreign thermal power companies continue to develop new energy-saving technologies to reducethe engineering and maintenance costs. Based on the study of single series auxiliaries in Luoyang Thermal Power Plant, the economyand reliability of the single and double series configuration of the main auxiliaries of 300 MW coal-fired units are analyzedcomprehensively. This paper focuses on the selection of three major fans, compares the engineering investment and energy-savingbenefit of single series auxiliaries s, and optimizes the thermal control to improve the reliability of single series auxiliaries. Theconfiguration scheme is presented based on the conclusions. The technical approaches for unit reliability improvement are proposedas well.
