摘要 油田采出水中含有悬浮杂质、油以及溶解性污染物,若不经处理直接回注储层,会造成储层孔隙堵塞、油井产量降低。对于产液量较低、偏远井,一般采用撬装式处理装置进行采出水的处理。本研究通过对陕北某油田采出水处理工艺优化,获得了撬装处理工艺,即气浮选-过滤工艺流程;通过对该站进水进行絮凝处理发现:pH为7.5,无机絮凝剂(PAC)加量为120 mg/L,有机絮凝剂(PAM)的相对分子质量选取1 200万,加量为1.0 mg/L,加药顺序为PAC+PAM时,处理后采出水的含油量、悬浮物含量、二价硫离子含量、二价铁离子含量、腐蚀速率分别降低至3.0 mg/L、1.49 mg/L、1.33 mg/L、0.42 mg/L、0.004 902 mm/a。 Oilfield produced water containing dissolved and suspended impurities, if the water have not been disposed and reinjected into stratum directly, it will cause the formation blanked off and reduce oil production. In order to extend the life of the injection wells and improve the water injection efficiency, it is necessary to treatment the produced water before the injection with the sewage treatment device and Skid-Mounted oilfield produced water treatment plant is currently the widest application device. In this study, water quality analysis was carried out and the results showed that the air flotation and filtration process achieved preferable results. According to the flocculation process of the Pu 16 skid station, it was found, at the pH 7.5, the dosage of inorganic flocculant(PAC) was 120 mg/L, the relative molecular mass of organic flocculant(PAM) was 12 million, the dosage was 1.0 mg/L.And the adding collector was PAC +PAM, the contents of oil, suspended impurities, sulfidion, ferrous ion were 3.0 mg/L, 1.49 mg/L, 1.33 mg/L, 0.42 mg/L, 0.004 902 mm/a respectively.
