摘要 生产井原油含水率的测量是油田生产过程数字化管理的重要内容。本文所研究的含水率测量仪器可取代现有的取样蒸馏法,实现在线监测的同时,有利于节约生产成本。论文根据油、水两种媒质的介电常数差异较大且高频电磁信号对常数敏感的特点,针对所设计的天线结构和测量电路,优化了频率特性,形成了一种高精度的射频法原油含水率测量仪。对不同油水比例开展的大量测试结果表明,所述的含水率测量仪在含水率为0%~100%的范围内,均有良好的适应性并有较高的测量精度,其误差为1%左右。 The measurement of crude oil moisture content in production wells is an important part of digital management of oilfield production process. In this paper, the moisture content measurement instrument can replace the existing sampling distillation method to achieve online monitoring at the same time, is conducive to saving production costs. Based on the characteristics of the dielectric constant of oil and water medium and the high frequency electromagnetic signal is very sensitive to the constant, the frequency structure is optimized for the designed antenna structure and measurement circuit, and a high precision RF method is formed.The results of a large number of tests on the proportion of different oil and water show that the moisture content meter has good adaptability and high measurement accuracy in the range of 0 %~100 % water content, the error is about 1 %.
