摘要
多轮次解堵井趋向于深部污染,将常规基质酸化和酸压结合形成了高压注酸解堵技术。通过优选高温缓蚀剂MC-16,优化有机缓速酸配方,各添加剂配伍良好,无沉淀、分层现象,技术成功应用于渤海高温深井砂岩储层深部解堵,降压增注显著。B-09酸化后视吸水指数增加85.7倍,在其他3个油田井应用视吸水指数增加均在51倍以上,表明该技术能够有效地解除多轮次解堵后深部伤害,对于类似海上油田解堵具有很好的借鉴意义,应用前景广泛。
Multi-cycle broken down wells tend to deep pollution, we combine conventional matrix acidification and acid fracturing to form a high-pressure acid squeeze broken down technology. The organic slow acid formula was optimized by optimizing the high temperature corrosion inhibitor MC-16. The compatibility of the additives is good, no precipitation, no stratification phenomenon. The technology has been successfully applied to the deep plugging of Bohai sandstone reservoir which was high temperature deep well. B-09 well visual absorption index increased by 85.7 times after acidification, as increased by 51 times or more in the other three oilfield wells. It indicat that the technology can effectively lift eliminate deep injury after multiple broken dwon. It has a good reference for similar plugging in offshore oilfield, and has wide application prospect.
