叶面喷施无机元素对杜仲叶中多酚类化合物的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Inorganic Elements Spray on the Content of Polyphenols in Eucommia ulmoides Olive Leaves

摘要 为了研究叶面喷施铁、锌、锰3种微肥对杜仲叶生物量及叶中多酚类化合物含量的影响,采用二次饱和D-最优设计方案进行叶面施肥,并通过二次逐步回归分析的方法建立了铁、锌、锰的肥效方程,通过频率分析法对肥效方程进行寻优。结果表明:铁、锌、锰对杜仲叶的影响并不是单独效应的线性累加,因素之间存在着交互作用,在施肥过程中,需要综合考虑交互效应,寻求施肥平衡点;杜仲叶合适施肥量为:铁肥(FeSO_4·5H_2O)0.20%~0.22%、锌肥(ZnSO_4·7H_2O)0.17%~0.21%、锰肥(MnSO_4·5H_2O)0.18%~0.21%;在铁、锌、锰的施肥量分别为0.21%、0.19%和0.20%条件下,杜仲叶生物量为220 g/株,杜仲叶中含总多酚为6.212%,含黄酮类化合物为3.611%,含绿原酸为1.918%,明显优于对照组。 The effect of three kinds of microelement fertilizers spray,such as iron,zinc and manganese,on the biomass of Eucommia ulmoides Olive leaves and the contents of total polyphenols,flavonoids and chlorogenic acid( CA) in leaves were studied. Quadratic saturation D-optimization design was used to carry out the foliage spray. The equation of fertilizer effect of Fe,Zn,and Mn were established by stepwise regression method,and optimized by frequency analysis method. The result showed that the effects of Fe,Zn,and Mn on E. ulmoides leaves were not linear accumulation of individual effects. There were interactions between the factors. During the fertilization process,interaction effects should be considered synthetically to find the balance point of fertilizer application. The suitable fertilizer application for leaves of E. ulmoides were FeSO4·5 H2O 0.20 %-0.22 %,ZnSO4·7 H2O 0.17 %-0.21 % and MnSO4·5 H2O 0.18 %-0.21 %. Under the condition of Fe 0.21 %,Zn 0.19 % and Mn 0.20 %,the biomass of leaves was 220 g each,content of total polyphenol was 6.212 %,content of flavones was 3.611 % and content of chlorogenic acid was 1.918 %,which was significantly better than the control group.
