2022年冬奥会背景下北京建成一流国际体育中心城市的策略研究

Strategy Research on Building Beijing into a First-class International Sports Center City under the Background of 2022 Winter Olympic Games

采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法和归纳分析法等,对国内外关于冬奥会与世界体育城市建设的相关研究进行回顾,对世界体育城市、国际体育中心城市概念进行界定。提出2022年冬奥会推动北京建成一流国际体育中心城市的策略:1)构建城市体育公共服务综合信息平台;2)加快全民健身与全民健康的深度融合;3)构建体育场馆的多功能运行模式;4)构建城市体育生活化和谐社区指标体系;5)加快冰雪旅游产业公共服务人才的培养。北京建成一流国际体育中心城市的策略研究,具有重要的现实意义,并可为2022年冬奥会推动北京建成一流国际体育中心城市提供理论支撑。

By using the methods of literature review,investigation, expert interview and induction,this paper reviews the related researches on the construction of Winter Olympic Games and world sports cities at home and abroad, defines the concept of the world sports city and international sports center, puts forward the strategies of 2022 Winter Olympic Games promoting Beijing to build a first-class international sports center： 1） building a comprehensive information platform for urban sports public services;2） accelerating the integration of national fitness and national health;3） building the multi-functional operation mode of the stadium;4） constructing a harmonious community index system for urban sports life;and 5） accelerating the development of public service talents in ice and snow tourism industry. It is of great practical significance to build Beijing into a first-class international sports center city. Moreover, it can provide theoretical support for 2022 Winter Olympic Games promoting Beijing to build a first-class international sports center city.
