摘要
以参加第九届Honda中国节能竞技大赛的赛车车身为研究对象,利用CATIA软件建立赛车车身几何模型.用ANSYS对赛车车身进行模态分析,保证赛车在行驶过程中不会与来自路面和发动机的激励频率发生共振,利用FLUENT软件,基于SST湍流模型理论,对赛车车身进行三维外流场空气动力学数值模拟,得到压力云图、速度云图、气动阻力和气动阻力系数。对模拟结果进行分析,提出该赛车车身形状优化方法。
The car body which attended 2015 Honda Eco Mileage Challenge was taken as the study object.Geometry model of car body was built using three-dimensional software CATIA. A modal analysis was done by the software ANSYS to ensure that resonance will not happen with excitation frequency from the road and engine when the car is working. The three-dimensional external airflow around a car body could be numerically simulated using fluent software. Contours of static pressure and velocity of car body were obtained. Velocity distribution and drag coefficient were calculated. In addition,an improvement program of the body shape were put forward,providing a reference for the next generation of body design.
