摘要
针对某城市轨道交通20kV/6Mvar长寿命、高可靠性动态无功补偿应用需求,本文提出了采用14台400V/500kvar SVG模块通过变压器升压并联实现冗余运行,采用CAN+485双总线的主从控制架构实现无功指令的实时下发,主控制器1+1冗余,SVG模块采用智能功率模块提高寿命的总体设计方案。现场应用结果表明,本文提出的主功率和控制系统架构是有效的,成套装置能够满足设计要求。
In rail transit, a 20 kV/6 Mvar static var generator system with long lifetime and high reliability is required. In this paper, a SVG system based on 14 400V/500 kvar SVG modules redundant parallel with step-up transformer, real time var reference sending via double data bus with CAN and 485, main controller 1+1 redundancy, long lifetime SVG module integrate intelligent power module is proposed to satisfy the requirement. Field experiment results prove the main circuit and control system structure proposed in this paper is effective and can satisfy the requirement.
