基于纯铅电池的风机发电机组备用电源系统 被引量:2

摘要 采用铅酸蓄电池作为风力发电机组变桨系统的备用电源已经被多数厂家所采用,虽然铅酸蓄电池价格便宜,但是铅酸蓄电池工作特性受温度、其本身特性的制约使其在实际应用中表现出故障率高、使用寿命短的弊端,而纯铅电池的特性较铅酸蓄电池有明显的优势。本文首先就目前铅酸蓄电池备用电源系统存在的问题进行了分析,然后指出了纯铅电池的优势,最后详细介绍了基于纯铅电池的备用电源系统的设计方案,并给出现场测试数据以证明纯铅电池备用电源系统是解决目前铅酸蓄电池备用电源系统故障率高的可行的措施之一。 Using lead-acid battery for the back-up power system of pitch is adopted by majority manufactures. The cost of lead-acid battery is low, but the lead-acid has some disadvantages such as high fault rate, low lifetime, due to the affection of temperature and self-character. The pure-lead battery has obvious advantages compared to lead-acid battery. Firstly, the problems on the lead-acid back-up power systemwere analyzed. Secondly, the advantage of pure-lead batterywas indicated. Lastly, the design plan of the back-up power system based on pure-lead batterywas introduced in detail. Meanwhile, the test data at the windfarm was suppliedto prove the fact that pure-lead battery back-up power system is one executable way of solving to the high fault rate of lead-acid battery back-up power system.
