摘要
本文以煤矿大流量乳化液压泵为监控对象,采用组态王6.55为软件平台,以研华USB-4711A数据采集模块做为核心硬件设备,设计了一种大流量液压泵在线监测系统装置,并根据系统设计方案要求,进行软件、硬件的设计制作,系统运行调试结果表明,软件与各硬件之间兼容性好,系统运行稳定可靠,操控简单,性能优良,具有良好的科研、教学作用,可广泛用于各类设备的运行监测。
In this paper, the large-flow emulsion hydraulic pump of coal mine is used as the monitoring object, adopt Kingview 6.55 as software platform, the Advantech usb-4711 a data acquisition module is used as the core hardware equipment, we design a big flow hydraulic pump on-line monitoring system. Meanwhile, according to requirement of the system design plan to proceed the design and production of the hardware and software, the operation of the system and debugging results show that has good compatibility between the various software and hardware, the system operation is stable and reliable, simple manipulation, high performance, has the good scientific research, teaching functions, which can be widely used in all kinds of equipment operation monitoring.
