万能式断路器误动作故障分析及试验方法改进

本文针对一起万能式断路器(ACB)正常运行状态下频繁跳闸的故障问题,进行改进原有过流保护特性试验。试验中结合中间继电器检测回路,验证过流后备保护动作特性。新试验方法解决了后备保护动作特性验证的难题,为故障判定提供依据。该方法可为万能式断路器的故障处理和电气试验提供借鉴和参考。

This paper showed a case of frequent trip of air circuit breaker under normal operation condition, Improved overcurrent protection characteristics test. Auxiliary relay detection loop verify over current backup protection operation characte in the test. The new test method solves the difficult problem of backup protection action characteristic verification and provides the basis for fault diagnosis. New method can be used as reference for fault treatment and electrical test of the same type of air circuit breaker.
