“海绵港口”建设方案简析 被引量:2

摘要 我国正走在新型城镇化的发展道路上,"海绵城市"建设对于提升城镇化质量和生态文明建设水平具有重要作用。而在港口建设中,却很少提及"海绵城市"理论,本文拟将"海绵城市"建设理念融入港口建设当中,增强港口的防洪排涝能力,将港口建设成集生态化、美观于一身的新型"海绵港口"。 With the development of new urbanization in China, the construction of sponge city plays an important role in the promotion of urbanization and ecological civilization. It is proposed to combine the concept of sponge city with port construction, which may enhance the flood control and drainage capacity of the port, and create a new sponge port as a compound of ecology and attractiveness.
