塑料排水板施工工艺优化与质量控制的探讨分析

Analysis of Construction Technology Optimization and Quality Control of Plastic Drain Band

结合排水板联合堆载预压法在厦门软基吹填造地工程中的应用,探讨了不同插板机打设条件下的工艺和效率对比,分析塑料排水板打设过程中常遇到的问题,并针对堵管回带、不吃带、定位偏移等问题和技术难点提出了技术优化及质量控制的改进措施,为塑料排水板在大面积工程的施工应用中提供借鉴及新思路。

The plastic drain band combined with preloading method has been applied in Xiamen soft soil reclamation project. The project is taken as an example to compare the technologies and efficiencies of different drain band machines, study the problems occurred in the construction process of plastic drain band. Furthermore, the measures of technology optimization and quality control are put forward for such difficulties as blocked pipe, band return, no entrainment and position displacement etc., which can provide references and new ideas for the application of plastic drain band in large-area projects.
