活络降脂汤联合盐酸吡格列酮对肥胖2型糖尿病伴高血脂症患者血脂、血小板活化功能、超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride on blood lipid,platelet activation function and hs-CRP in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia

目的观察活络降脂汤联合盐酸吡格列酮对肥胖2型糖尿病伴高血脂症患者血脂、血小板活化功能、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将142例肥胖2型糖尿病伴高血脂症患者随机分为2组,对照组71例给予盐酸吡格列酮治疗,研究组71例给予活络降脂汤联合盐酸吡格列酮治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。记录2组治疗前后血糖、血脂变化情况,比较2组治疗后临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后血小板活化功能、血清hsCRP水平。结果治疗后,2组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hP G)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA 1c)以及三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血小板表面P-选择素(CD62p)、溶酶体颗粒糖蛋白(CD63)、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),2组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),且研究组上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活络降脂汤联合盐酸吡格列酮治疗肥胖2型糖尿病伴高血脂症疗效更好,能明显调节血糖血脂水平,增强血小板活化功能,降低血清hs-CRP水平。

Objective It is to observe the effects of Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride on blood lipid,platelet activation and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia. Methods 142 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into 2 groups. 71 patients in the control group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride.71 patients in the study group were treated with Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction plus pioglitazone hydrochloride. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The changes of blood glucose and blood lipids before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded. The clinical curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared. The platelet activation function and serum hs-CRP levels were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,The levels of fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose（ 2 h PG）,glycated hemoglobin（ Hb A1 c） and triglyceride（ TG）,total cholesterol（ TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）,platelet surface P-selectin（ CD62 p）,lysosomal glycoprotein（ CD63）,hs-CRP were significantly lower while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C） levels were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups（ P＜0. 05）,and the improvement of the above indicators in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P＜0. 05）. The total clinical treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P＜0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of Huoluo Jiangzhi decoction and pioglitazone hydrochloride is more effective in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia,which can significantly regulate blood glucose and blood lipid levels,enhance platelet activation and reduce serum hs-CRP level.
