益气活血解毒法联合腔内介入在TASCⅡ-C/D型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的应用

Application of invigorating Qi,activating blood and detoxifying method combined with endovascular intervention in TASCⅡ-C/D type lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

目的观察益气活血解毒法联合腔内介入治疗TASCⅡ-C/D型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法将54例TASCⅡ-C/D型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为治疗组(26例,33肢体)和对照组(28例,32肢体),对照组行常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用益气活血解毒方药治疗。2组疗程均为6个月。观察比较2组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月ABI值及术后血管通畅率。结果术后3 d、1个月、6个月2组ABI均显著高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组术后3个月、6个月血管通畅率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论益气活血解毒法联合腔内介入能提高TASCⅡ-C/D型ASO患者的临床疗效,改善预后,在减少术后再狭窄程度方面具有优势。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of invigorating Qi, activating blood and detoxifying methodcombined with endovascular intervention in treating TASC n -C/D type lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods 54 patients with TASC n -C/D type lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divid（26 cases with 33 limbs） and control group （28 cases with 32 limbs）. The western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with invigorating Qi, activating blood and detoxthe basis of routine western medicine treatment. The 2 groups were treated for 6 monpatients in 1-,3- , 6-month after the operation and the postoperative vascular patency rate were observed and compared in the two groups. Results On the 3rd day, 1-month and 6 -month after operation, the ABI levels of the 2 groups were in-creased significantly （all P 〈0. 05 ）, and the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Thevascular patency rate in the treatment group in 3- and 6-month after operation was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group （all P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Invigorating Qi, activating blood and detoxifying method combined with endovascu-lar intervention can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with type TASC n -C/D ASO,and imprtients ,it has advantages in reducing the degree of postoperative restenosis.
