以云锡铜业铜硫顶吹吹炼炉喷枪的使用寿命为研究对象,探索了生产工艺过程控制、喷枪材料及结构性能对其使用寿命的影响,总结了奥斯麦特吹炼炉炼铜生产实践过程中喷枪烧损的原因和延长喷枪使用寿命的措施与方法。

The paper takes the service life of the lance of the top-blown converting furnace in Yunnan Tin Company Limited as the object of the study, explores the influence of production process control, materials and structure performance upon the service life of the lance, and summarizes the reasons of the burnt loss of the lance during copper smelting production practice in Ausmelt converting furnace, as well as the measures and methods to extend the service life of the lance.
