现阶段,基层水利各方面配置相对比较完善,提高农民经济收入,改善农民生活质量,对于推动农村经济增长方面具有深远的现实意义。但是基层水利管理方面存在诸多问题,水利管理成效直接影响其是否符合国家相应标准,影响着水利工程的使用功能与社会效益。文章从多个角度对基层水利工程管理中存在的问题进行深入探讨,并提出相应的解决措施,此次促进我国水利工程的可持续发展。

At the present stage, the allocation of water conservancy at the grass-roots level is relatively perfect. It is offar-reaching practical significance to promote the rural economic growth by increasing the peasants＇ economic incomeand improving the peasants＇ quality of life.However, there are many problems in the management of water conservancyat the grass-roots level. The effectiveness of water conservancy management directly affects whether it conforms to thecorresponding national standards and affects the use function and social benefits of water conservancy projects.Thispaper probes into the problems existing in the management of basic water conservancy projects from many angles, andputs forward corresponding measures to promote the sustainable development of water conservancy projects in China.
