摘要
为了解决船体分段三维激光扫描点云难以用曲面重建等常规点云处理方法进行精度分析的问题,本文提出了一种基于点云切片技术的方法对船体分段点云进行分析处理,将其由三维空间点云转化为二维平面点集,为三维激光扫描技术应用于船体分段测量领域提供了新的思路。实例表明,该算法实现了船体分段测量点云数据与CAD设计模型的直观比较,能够真实反映船体分段建造的误差信息。
In order to solve the problem that the conventional point cloud processing methods like surface reconstruction are not suitable for hull section laser scanning point clouds, this paper proposes a method of analyzing the hull section laser scanning point cloud based on point cloud slicing, converting the 3D point cloud into 2D point set. This provides a new idea for laser scanning technology used in hull block measurement field. Example shows that the algorithm implements the visual comparison of the hull section measuring point cloud data and CAD designing model, and it can reflect the error information of hull section construction.
