摘要
叙述光子晶体比半导体晶体具有一系列优越的电磁传输特性,分析光子晶体的4种研究方法的优缺点,通过传输矩阵法推导光子晶体电磁传输的反射系数、透射系数和色散方程.
Described a series of superior electromagnetic transmission characteristics of photonic crystals compared with semiconductor crystals,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the four research methods of photonic crystals,and deducted the reflection coefficient,transmission coefficient and dispersion equation of photonic crystals by the transfer matrix method.
