摘要
为探讨燃气发生器喷管孔径对其内弹道性能的影响,通过建立燃气发生器内弹道数学模型,仿真计算得到压力——时间曲线,并与地面静态试验结果进行验证,结果证明仿真计算结果准确可靠。同时,通过仿真计算研究不同喷管孔径对内弹道性能的影响,研究表明随着孔径的减小,燃气发生器工作时间和工作压力均呈现增大的趋势。
To study the effect of the nozzle aperture on the interior ballistics performance of a small gas generator, the mathematical model of interior ballistics was established, and the pressure vs time curve was obtained by simulation, which was in good agreement with the curve obtained from the ground static test. It proved that the simulation results were accurate and reliable. The simulation results show that the different nozzle diameters has a significant effect on the pressure vs time curve. With the decrease of the nozzle diameters, the working time and the working pressure are both increasing.
