摘要
为提升火焰雷管在全寿命周期内的环境适应性,首次采用Pd/Al含能薄膜替代绸垫作为输入端结构设计。通过各项对比试验,在满足传火可靠性的前提下,密封性优于传统设计方案,最终对最佳方案进行了表征与参数固化。
In order to improve the environmental suitability of the flame detonator in the lifecycle, the Pd/Al energetic film was taken the place of the silk pad as the input terminal firstly. After experiments, the sealing effects of two material were compared, which indicated that the Pd /Al energetic film’s sealing property is better than traditional structural design, under the condition of reliable ignition. Finally, the parameters of the best scheme were obtained.
